1. TELESEMINARS/WEBINARS:  

*Free* Weekly 15-minute teleseminars (you can listen either by phone or on the internet) on topics related to the 10 components of the Sinus Survival Program. Participants will have the opportunity to send in questions prior to the call for Dr. Ivker to answer.  

*Registration required* (both URL link and call-in phone # will be provided upon registration). Calls will be live on Tuesday evenings at 9 pm Eastern Time, 6 pm Pacific Time.  They will be replayed on-line on Thursday evenings at the same time.
