Dear Prospective Patient,

To maximize the benefit of your valuable time, I suggest you look at working with me as if you’re beginning a new course of study or taking on a new job, rather than merely seeking an “alternative quick fix” for your sick sinuses, impaired lungs, or bad allergies. At best, this perspective will help you to create the life of your dreams and cure your respiratory problem. However, if you’re not ready to make that level of life-changing commitment, at the very least my treatment program will enable you to significantly improve your respiratory condition along with your quality of life. Whatever your time and budget allows, I can provide a safe and effective treatment/educational option for you.

The vast majority of the patients I've worked with during the past 23 years (since I began practicing integrative holistic medicine) have experienced either a dramatic improvement or, in the case of chronic sinusitis, have cured their problem. The first consultation of LEVEL I includes:

My review of 3 forms: your complete medical history, the Candida Questionnaire and Score sheet, and the ABIHM Holistic Health Questionnaire prior to the consultation. These forms need to be filled out and returned to me on-line (preferred), faxed, or mailed. You may also choose to include a brief narrative summary of your pertinent history, if you think it is not adequately addressed in the medical history form.
A focus on the physical and environmental health components of the Sinus Survival and/or Love Your Lungs Naturally treatment program described in the books Sinus Survival and Asthma Survival.
The primary objectives of this consultation are to: heal your mucous membrane by reducing inflammation, significantly reduce candida (if you have some degree of fungal sinusitis or fungal asthma), treat allergies, and detoxification.
This first session is typically about 2 hours in length, but can be longer in cases with a more complex history and multiple problems. The fee is $150/hour, and although payment is expected at the conclusion of the consultation, insurance forms are available for reimbursement. There is no additional charge for my time to respond to your questions (via email or phone) between the first and follow-up consultation. My suggestions for implementing the treatment program can be flexible enough to accommodate any budget.

The follow-up consultation is approximately 4 weeks after the first session. You will have been monitoring your progress by maintaining the Symptom Chart, and based on those results, the treatment program will be modified accordingly. The next objective will be to strengthen your immune system. This second consultation is usually a bit shorter than the first.
Following the second consultation you have the option of completing the LEVEL I treatment program with sessions 3 (Healing The Issues in Your Tissues – mental and emotional health) and 4 (Soothing Your Soul and Opening Your Heart – spiritual and social health), one and two months following session 2.

LEVEL II of the Sinus Survival Program begins 2 to 3 months after session 4 of LEVEL I, and continues for 1 year with 3 additional sessions about 3 months apart. LEVEL II provides more depth in whatever aspects of health need require the most attention. The focus of these sessions is determined by the patient.
